Dr.Kalam’s Birthday Tribute

➤  The students of Jay Tech International School celebrated Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam's birthday week with great enthusiasm and dedication. The highlight of the celebration was a tree plantation drive, where students from Kindergartens came together to plant saplings in the school campus.

➤  The event began with a prayer and a speech remembering Dr. Kalam's contributions to the nation. Students then proceeded to plant trees, assisted by their teachers and school staff. The excitement was palpable as students carefully dug holes, planted saplings, and watered them.

➤  Through this initiative, the students learned valuable lessons about environmental conservation, teamwork, and community service. The event also served as a reminder of Dr. Kalam's vision for a greener and sustainable India.

➤  The school's eco-club took the lead in organizing the event, with students creating posters, banners, and slogans emphasizing the importance of tree plantation. The principal and teachers commended the students' efforts, encouraging them to continue their environmental endeavors.

➤  Our school commemorated the birth anniversary of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the Missile Man of India, with a week-long celebration. The event honored his remarkable contributions to science, education, and nation-building. Throughout the week, students and faculty engaged in various activities, including essay competitions, quizzes, focusing on Dr. Kalam's life, achievements, and vision for India.

➤  The celebration kicked off with a special assembly and the school organized an exhibition showcasing Dr. Kalam's milestones in collaboration with MM Research & Developments, Mr.Ajith Gurunath & Mr.Natraj inspired young minds with an exciting Rocket Launching Demo featuring CO2 rockets, sugar rockets, and hydraulic rockets. The Kindergarten students also transformed into mini-Kalam’s, emulating his simplicity and wisdom. With confidence and conviction, they deliver speeches and presentations.
